also I set a goal that only I am going to use 2 items for main supplies.
I will use extra ink pads and stamp sets(will try to use as minimum as possible) , but that's optional so you don't really need spend much money for preparing treat packages.

Today's project is this witch hat, I made this for the treat chocolate I got. so you can use my measurements for chocolate balls with a maximum diameter of 1-1/2".
The height is 3-1/2" from the top to bottom of the hat.
At it's widest point (the rim of the hat), it's 2-7/8".
