This month's Theme is Wedding
Ooooo Love wedding things, [I love pretty things!!!!]
I was going to make a table favor for a chocolate holder.
But.....Guess what....?
We usually have Snacks and Sweeties at home all the time. But James and I are on diet. we've been doing it since Monday. We cut down that stuff and It was raining a lot this week. so I couldn't go shopping............
I was hunting around in my happy place, I found this lip balm that I got for a project. This was all I had to make something for. but I was worried that It is weird to give to guests who come to a wedding, but when I googled it, apparently lots of couples use lip balm for a wedding favor!!
Because It's for a wedding, I wanted to make a box that little more special than normal projects.
So I chose to make a shadow box.
Watercolor effect and calligraphy are trendy, I wanted to use both technics for this project and I am super happy how it turned out!
I used New stamp set called "Make A Difference" which will be available on 1st May.
I LoveLoveLove this stamp set!
The stamps are solid images, but I stamped on textured cardstock, It looks like distressed look.
I normally restamp, But this distressed look is so perfectly matching with the watercolor background.
So I keep it as is :-)
